Model Release

Adam Byrne Photography

By submitting the information below, I hereby grant Adam Byrne Photography (hereinafter referred to as the “Photographer”), its legal representatives, and assigns, the irrevocable right to use photographs and/or video footage taken of me (hereinafter referred to as the “Model”) for all lawful purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, advertising, promotion, exhibition, and any other exploitation of the Photographer’s work.

I hereby authorize the Photographer to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute the photographs and/or video footage featuring the Model for any lawful purpose. I also grant the Photographer permission to use the Model’s name, image, likeness, voice, and biographical information in connection with such photographs and/or video footage.

I understand and agree that the photographs and/or video footage may be used in various mediums, including but not limited to print publications, websites, social media platforms, digital marketing materials, and promotional materials for the Photographer’s business.

I acknowledge that the Model will not receive any payment, royalty, or compensation for the use of the photographs and/or video footage by the Photographer, except as otherwise agreed upon in writing between the Model and the Photographer.

I hereby release the Photographer, its legal representatives, and assigns from any claims, demands, or causes of action that I, the Model, may have by reason of anything contained in the photographs and/or video footage or its use. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Photographer against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, arising from the use of the photographs and/or video footage, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights.

I affirm that I am over the age of 18, or that I am the parent or legal guardian of the Model named below and have the legal authority to execute this release on their behalf. I have read and fully understand the terms of this release, and I am freely and voluntarily signing it.
